Read MoreI owe a lot to my brides and grooms. You have helped make my dream career come true and many of you have become great friends. Awhile back, Gabe and I were thinking, "Man, we would like to see everyone, reconnect, and say thanks." So we threw a party for all of our past brides and grooms, complete with signature drinks, a new party dress for me, a photobooth, and cakepops. Thanks to the Hilton, Tinker's Cake Shop, Purdons Rentals, Scott Hayes, and Sherwood Design and Events for helping us with food, linens, lights, and flowers. Everything was superb.
Me, below, awaiting everyone's arrival and posing as Gabe tests the booth.
We brought an owl for our couples to incorporate as a signature prop.
A couple weeks ago Gabe and I traveled to Buxton, North Carolina for a Hannah and Daniel's wedding. We were able to enjoy the beauty of the Outerbanks as well as spend time with Hannah and Daniel's amazing family. There are wedding photos are in the queue but for today I thought I'd post a few we shot around the beach.
See the sleepy pup on the left? He is now the gentle giant on the right. He is large, loveable, and a Lashbrook. My parents got Buster (he is a golden-doodle) back in the fall and they are smitten with him. We all are, really. Buster may bowl us over when we visit but we love him. I am always posting photos of Wally and wanted to give Buster his turn in the spotlight. These a few pictures of Buster's puppy-hood part one if you will. Happy Saturday!
Buster and Wally hugged the first time they met. Then the playing/fighting began.
